How MilitarySpend handles errors and revisions.

MilitarySpend updates factual errors as quickly as possible once confirmed. When a published estimate changes materially, we revise the text and note the update in the article when the change affects interpretation.

We distinguish between three cases: factual mistakes, normal source updates, and analytical revisions. Not every fresh source requires a formal correction note, but any change that would alter a reasonable reader's takeaway should be disclosed.
